Craving for Breaded Fish Fillet

My mother-in-law just made the yummiest breaded fish fillet I've ever taste. Well, maybe I have said such compliment because it's been years since I was able to eat fish fillet. And because of that I have decided to search online for fish fillet recipes and probably one of these days create my own breaded fish fillet recipe.

I have found several breaded fish fillet recipes online and I'm quite excited to prepare a flaky, whole white fish fillet with crunchy coating. I'm so sure my family will like and love it.

How My Day Starts And Ends

I want to share with you my everyday life activities. You'll find out how my day usually starts and how it will generally end. I'm used to it and I love my everyday life, although of course sometimes, I feel bored and wants to do something else. It's not really nice after all to stay inside the house the whole day because it's like you're stuck and will forever be.

My weekday activities is quite similar to my weekend activities, it's just that I can get sleep late during Friday and Saturday night and woke up late by Saturday and Sunday morning.

During weekdays when my daughter has a school and my hubby has an office, I woke up as early as 5:30 in the morning. I tried my best to wake up by 5:00 am but I just really can't do it as often as possible. As soon as I'm able to wash my face, I prepare hot water for my daughter and my hubby, while I also prepare breakfast for me and my daughter. My hubby doesn't have breakfast at home because he's always in a hurry to go to work since his office is far from where we live and he needs to take our daughter to school before 7:00 am. I usually wake my daughter from bed before 6:00 am and give her a bath before her dad wakes up. I do not allow my daughter to take a bath on her own during school days because she takes too much time inside the bathroom playing with soap and water. Once she's finish taking a bath, she will get dressed while I prepare the table, and we will wake her Daddy up. After our breakfast, my daughter will brush her teeth, wear her uniform, and I will fix her hair, while her Dad takes a bath and get dressed too. By quarter to 7 in the morning, they've already left the house and I'm all alone again.

As soon as my hubby and my daughter left the house, my cleaning routine begins. I start by sweeping the floor, mopping the floor at least every other day, arrange the bed, wash the dishes, do the laundry, have my morning snacks, and do some blogging if time will allow me. I should be able to finish all these stuffs by 10 am and that's the time I take a bath and prepare myself for an early lunch at my in-laws house. After lunch, I will go to my daughter's school and let her have her lunch together with her cousin. By 12:30 I'm heading back home and will wash the dishes used by my daughter and her cousin, and finish my laundry if I'm not able to finish it in the morning.

By 2pm, I usually take some rest and that's the time I can get to watch TV. I hardly get to take a nap in the afternoon because I usually have my netbook with me and prefer playing games, surfing the net, and blogging while watching TV. At past 4:00 in the afternoon, I always have my afternoon snack since I easily get hungry. After that, I will do just about anything like reading magazines or playing cellphone games while waiting for my hubby and my daughter to arrive from work and school.

As soon as my daughter and my hubby arrive at our house. I help my hubby prepare our dinner and at the same time check my daughter's books and notebooks for any homework. We usually have our dinner as early as 6:30 in the evening. By that time, me and my daughter have already taken a bath and ready for dinner. After dinner, I will wash the dishes and ask my daughter to check on her homework. After we're able to finish her homework, we will get inside our room and watch TV together with my hubby. That's the time we can bond together, share what happened at school, work, and at home.

My daughter usually sleeps at 9:00 pm while me and my hubby prefers watching news first before going to sleep. More often, my hubby and I goes to sleep by past 10:00 pm.

So these is how my weekdays starts and ends. I'm kinda used to it but as I mentioned at the start of this post, I sometimes feel boring. That's why whenever possible, if I have a free time in the afternoon, I usually go to the mall and unwind.

Check Out Your Options

This is something I want to share to all pregnant moms out there. I found this information at my baby book. This has something to do about the options we could take and consider when we are going to give birth.

PAIN CONTROL (Epidurals vs Analgesics)

Epidurals
> the most effective form of pain relief during labor
> may be extended to cover for post-operative pain management if epidural anesthesia was used during cesarean section procedure
> there may be an increased risk of a forcep or vacuum delivery

Analgesics
> intramuscular analgesics can be administered while early in labor
> helps you relax, even doze off, which is useful if labor is long and tiring
> can make some women very sick, needs other drugs to offset this

VENUE (Hospital vs Home)

Hospital
> if you need medical intervention such as forceps delivery or a cesarean section, then there's readily available instruments, drugs and medical staff
> nursing care and emergency facilities for the baby is readily available
> entails more cost

Home
> mothers-to-be feel more privacy, comfort, and family support
> avoids many of the routine interventions in some hospitals
> easier to remain active and mobile
> choices for pain relief are more limited
> lower cost

TYPE (Vaginal vs Cesarean Section)

Vaginal
> no surgical stress, minimizing blood loss
> low risk of infection
> hemodynamic stability
> early ambulation
> bonding time with baby upon birth
> may be unpredictable, prolonged and stressful

Cesarean Section
> fetal medical considerations like fetal distress, malpresentation, cord problems, higher birth weight
>maternal medical indications like rupture of membranes, repeat cesarean, placenta previa, placenta abruptions
>fetal/maternal considerations like cephalopelvic disproportion (CPD), incoordinate uterine action, uterine dysfunction and uterine inertia

With these options given above, I just really hope and pray I will have a safe delivery by next year. I'm proud to say I didn't had a hard time with my first born child 8 years ago. I only labored for about an hour and with just two hard pushes, my daughter came out safely. Hopefully, for my second child, I can do it on a normal delivery and if I can give birth at home, it would be better and less expensive.

Prayer of Safe Delivery - Saint Gerard Majella

I saw this prayer for safe delivery posted on Facebook today, shared it to my FB wall and decided to include it here on my blog. The picture may be a little small so I will post the prayer below. If you know someone who is pregnant and will soon deliver a baby, give this prayer to help them be safe.

PRAYER OF SAFE DELIVERY
SAINT GERARD MAJELLA

O Great Saint Gerard, beloved servant of Jesus Christ,
perfect imitator of thy meek and humble Saviour,
and devoted Child of the Mother of God:
enkindle within my heart one spark of that heavenly
fire of charity which glowed in thine
and made thee a seraph of love.
O glorious Saint Gerard,
because when falsely accused of crime,
thou didst bear, like thy Divine Master,
without murmur or complaint
the calumnies of wicked men,
thou hast been raised up by God
as the Patron and Protector of expectant mothers.
Preserve me from danger and from excessive pains
accompanying childbirth,
and shield the child which I know carry,
that it may see the light of day
and receive the lustral waters of baptism,
through Jesus Christ our Lord.
Amen.
(nine Hail Mary)
